Marketing Manager - Funding

About the role

This is a genuinely unique role within a growing financial services business where you can own a portfolio end-to-end and directly influence commercial outcomes.

You will take responsibility for marketing across Avanti Capital and Treasury, helping shape how this part of the business goes to market, builds its brand, and drives investor growth. This is not a role where you inherit a fully built engine - you will help to build it.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, contribute to strategy, and take ownership of execution across a broad mix of marketing activity in the Funding area of the Avanti group.

Ideal for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and direct impact on growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy for Avanti Capital and Treasury
  
• Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across channels
  
• Translate complex financial products into clear, compelling messaging
  
• Identify growth opportunities and target investor segments
  
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align on commercial priorities
  
• Use data and performance insights to optimise outcomes

You will bring:

• Marketing experience within financial services (essential)
  
• A strong foundation across core marketing rather than purely corporate communications
  
• Experience delivering acquisition, growth and investor focused activity
  
• The ability to operate autonomously and take ownership
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence influencing senior leaders

Highly desirable:

• Exposure to wealth, investments or funds/asset management
  
• Experience marketing to investor audiences
  
• Understanding of more complex financial products
  
• Exposure to the Australian market is a plus
