That is exactly what is on offer here. We are looking for a relationship driven Business Development Manager to join our award winning Property team.

If you already have strong Mortgage Adviser relationships, or you are the kind of person who builds them fast, this is your chance to own a market, grow a pipeline that is genuinely yours, and be the trusted link advisers pick up the phone to first.

So, what you will actually be doing?

Building and owning strong Mortgage Adviser relationships, becoming the trusted partner and key link into Avanti
Growing your own pipeline through proactive engagement and referral network growth
Workshopping applications side by side with advisers to find the right lending solution for their clients
Delivering training and support on lending products, credit requirements and new opportunities
Acting as the bridge between advisers and our Credit and Operations teams to keep deals moving smoothly
Staying close to the market and feeding insights, opportunities and feedback back into the business
Deepening relationships with both new and existing advisers
Operating with integrity by applying a sound risk and compliance lens across everything you do

You will thrive here if you have:

Established Mortgage Adviser relationships, or a proven ability to build them quickly
Real lending depth, so you can workshop an application and hold your own in a credit conversation
A relationship first mindset built on trust and lasting partnerships
The knack for making complex things simple and easy to action

A genuine passion for helping advisers succeed and win great outcomes for their clients
