Join a high performing settlements team where you will play a key role in getting deals across the line. This is a busy, detail focused role where accuracy, pace and strong stakeholder management really matter.

You will take ownership of settlements, ensuring payouts, compliance checks and loan activation are completed smoothly and on time. You will also benefit from a new system that has streamlined the process and taken on much of the heavier lifting, allowing you to focus on getting outcomes.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing settlements end to end, ensuring deals are accurate and completed on time
  • Completing payout and compliance checks across all products
  • Ensuring all activity aligns with AML, regulatory and internal requirements
  • Working closely with brokers, dealers and advisors to progress deals
  • Following up on outstanding information to keep everything moving
  • Handling loan documentation and data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Supporting lenders and the wider team to deliver a seamless experience
What will you bring?
  • Experience in lending, banking or financial services is ideal, but not a necessity 
  • Strong understanding of compliance, AML and credit policy
  • High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
  • Confidence handling loan documentation and structured processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
  • Experience working with brokers, dealers or advisors
