At Avanti Finance, many of our lenders started with little or no lending experience before progressing into larger lending, credit and specialist finance roles across the business. As a Personal Lender, you'll work with brokers, dealers, mortgage advisers and customers to help find lending solutions that genuinely make a difference. From debt consolidation and holidays through to vehicle repairs, dental work and other personal lending needs, you'll see a huge variety of applications and no two days will look the same.
This is a fast paced environment where you'll manage a busy pipeline, workshop lending solutions, build strong relationships and help make deals happen.
What you'll be doing
- Assessing and progressing personal lending applications
- Working closely with brokers, introducers and customers to find lending solutions
- Managing a high volume pipeline of applications
- Structuring deals and identifying ways to make applications work
- Building strong relationships with referral partners
- Conducting affordability and credit assessments
- Processing top ups and new lending opportunities
- Working closely with settlements to ensure successful loan payouts
- Collaborating with teams across the business, including property lending where required
- Managing applications through to approval and settlement
What we're looking for
Experience in lending is welcomed, but it's not essential.We're far more interested in finding someone who brings the right attitude, customer focus and desire to learn.
