Be the backbone of our property lending team.

This isn't just a processing role. You'll be the person who keeps property loan applications moving, documentation tight, and customers feeling supported, working alongside lenders, advisers, lawyers, and valuers to make deals happen.

Reporting to the Property Support Team Leader, you'll be a pivotal part of our lending operations, ensuring property loan applications are processed accurately, documentation meets Avanti's high standards, and every stakeholder interaction reflects our values.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing property loan applications end to end, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant
  • Maintaining precision in data entry and document management
  • Collaborating with lenders, mortgage advisers, lawyers, and valuers to gather and verify information
  • Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers
  • Handling general administration, responding to enquiries, and supporting the wider team
  • Applying a compliance and risk lens to everything you do
What you'll bring:
  • 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative role within finance, mortgages, lending, or banking is highly regarded
  • Exceptional accuracy in data entry and financial document management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, with the confidence to pick up new systems quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to compliance
  • Professional communication skills and a customer first mindset
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, you're a team player who takes ownership
