We're looking for a sharp, service-savvy operations professional to join our Lending Operations team in Sydney. This isn't just admin - this is the engine room of our broker and dealer relationships, where your attention to detail and proactive support directly fuel our sales success.

Reporting to the Head of Lending Operations, you'll be the go-to person for introducers, brokers, and dealers navigating the BFS ecosystem. You'll bridge Sales, Ops, and Customer Service - keeping accreditations on track, systems humming, and relationships rock-solid.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the accreditation process - manage compliance checks, keep records pristine, and ensure every new introducer has a seamless onboarding experience
  • Be the first point of contact for system access support (password resets, training, self-service enablement)
  • Keep our introducer manual sharp, current, and genuinely useful
  • Deliver standout service - answer queries, troubleshoot issues, create "how-to" guides that actually help
  • Keep Sales Master comms lists accurate and battle-ready
  • Support our Customer Service crew across email and phone, always with an eye on how we can do it better
  • Roll up your sleeves across Operational Support and Lending Ops - because when the business wins, we all win
Who you are:
  • 3yrs+ years of admin experience in automotive or finance, ideally supporting sales or customer-facing teams - but if you've got a solid admin background elsewhere and know you can nail this, apply anyway
  • Fluent in financial services and what great service looks like
  • Agile, adaptable, and ready to shift gears when priorities change
  • Obsessed with getting it right - for customers, partners, and your team
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office is second nature)
  • A clear communicator who thinks critically and acts decisively
  • Highly organised with killer time management and the ability to juggle like a pro
