We’re on a mission to become the best specialist lending company in New Zealand and Australia, and we’re looking for ambitious, driven people to help get us there.

We’ve got bold goals and a clear vision for the future. That means exciting opportunities for those ready to champion new ideas, challenge the status quo, and grow alongside us.

The role

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our auto lending team, providing exceptional service to brokers, car dealers, and direct customers while helping people get on the road with confidence.

Reporting to the Auto Lending Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for assessing auto‑loan applications, maintaining high lending standards, and delivering a seamless and supportive experience for customers and introducers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage new auto‑loan applications and top‑up requests, ensuring accuracy and strong customer outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to offer insurance products that support customer needs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from brokers, dealers, mortgage advisers, and customers via phone, email, and our loan‑origination platform.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with introducers and support their business development strategies.
  • Collect financial information, complete loan applications, and conduct credit, security, and verification checks.
  • Assess risk and approve loans within your authority, escalating those outside your limit.
  • Ensure smooth, accurate loan documentation, settlements, and payouts.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records across all systems.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in auto lending, finance, administration, or compliance.
  • A solid understanding of the financial services environment.
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and sound judgement.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, cross‑sell, and add value.
  • A customer‑first, solution‑focused approach.
  • Strong digital capability and confidence working across multiple systems.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Hours - Tues-Sat roster plus one late finish per week.
