At Branded Financial (part of the Avanti Finance Group), we’re growing fast and setting a higher standard for specialist lending across Australia. We’re looking for a Customer Services Officer to help us deliver responsive, human, and solutions‑focused support to our customers and introducer network every day.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our retail and wholesale operations by:
- Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email, resolving queries with pace and care.
- Meeting service level commitments for turnaround and response times.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and introducers, handling inbound phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Pitch in across the business - because we win as one team!
What you'll bring
- Experience in banking/finance or customer service (asset finance experience a plus).
- Confident phone manner and great relationship-building skills.
- Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and time management.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A collaborative mindset, initiative, and the drive to get thing done
