Customer Service Officer - Finance

Reporting to the Head of Customer Interactions, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial and consumer customers with their finance needs. From processing payments and handling queries to guiding customers through debt solutions, you’ll provide the expertise and service that builds trust and long-term relationships.

Do the Doing

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with their finance queries via phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Debt Management: Work with customers to navigate their financial obligations, ensuring they have the right solutions to stay on track.
  • Finance Administration: Process payments, manage loan documentation, and handle security registrations and discharges.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all processes align with financial regulations, risk policies, and best practices.
  • Insurance Assistance: Help customers manage comprehensive insurance policy requirements, including claims and policy variations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, brokers, and external partners to provide a holistic customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Finance & Banking Experience: A background in banking, asset finance, or financial services is essential.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: You genuinely enjoy helping people and have a strong customer service mindset.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’re confident, professional, and great at building relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: You pride yourself on accuracy, compliance, and maintaining high standards.
  • Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: You can juggle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
