The Role
In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between Customer Services and Settlements, flexing your focus to where support is most needed. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers and introducers receive timely, accurate support - whether that’s answering enquiries at first contact or helping progress applications through to settlement. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where development is encouraged, and where your ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and communicate clearly will make a real difference to service levels and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will flex across both Customer Services and Settlements, depending on business needs. This variety helps ensure customers and introducers receive timely, high‑quality support at key points in their journey
- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Providing clear, accurate information at the first point of contact
- Resolving enquiries efficiently and escalating where appropriate
- Supporting service levels during periods of high contact volumes
- Supporting loan applications and settlements during peak activity periods
- Working closely with internal teams, introducers, and external partners
- Ensuring documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time
- Helping maintain strong turnaround times and responsiveness
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in customer service, contact centre, financial services, or a similar environment
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused approach
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A flexible mindset and willingness to learn across different areas
- Confidence working in fast‑paced, customer‑facing situations
