We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven individual to join our Collections team on a 6-month contract. If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact, this could be your next opportunity.
As a Customer Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our early arrears process. Using our loan management system, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts - sending tailored communications to borrowers using pre-approved templates. Accuracy and timeliness are critical, as you’ll help maintain service excellence and uphold privacy standards.
What you’ll do
- Send key communications to customers in early arrears using our loan management system.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining documentation.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including managing groceries, handling couriers, and coordinating mail.
- Provide ad hoc support to ensure smooth team operations.
