We’re on the lookout for one detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our Collections team on a 6-month contract. If you’re sharp, organised, and ready to roll up your sleeves, this could be your next challenge.

As a Customer Accounts Assistant, you can expect to: 

You’ll be responsible for sending key communications to borrowers in early arrears. Using our loan management system, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, selecting and sending pre-written email and letter templates tailored to each customer’s situation. Accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail are absolutely essential – you’ll help us maintain service excellence and ensure privacy standards are upheld.

You’ll be great at this if you:

  • Have strong computer literacy and pick up systems quickly.
  • Write clearly and professionally.
  • Can stay organised and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Pay close attention to detail and work efficiently.
  • Bring a proactive mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining documentation (based on skill level and experience)
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations including managing groceries, handling couriers, and coordinating mail/post
  • Providing ad hoc support to the team as needed to ensure smooth office functioning.

Previous experience isn’t required – but if you’ve worked in a similar role, that’s a bonus.
