You'll manage a network of key referrers who know that when they send someone to you, that person will be looked after professionally in a friendly, quick and results-focused manner.

• We're searching for a people-person who can nurture excellent relationships with Brokers, Dealers and our customers.
• You've got commercial lending experience as well as experience in asset finance and you can see the long-term goal rather than what the boxes on the form say yes and no to at this moment in time.
• Your strong work ethic shows that you're someone who works quickly, efficiently and are not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
• You can make decisions and back yourself.
