Client Engagement Specialist - Property

Reporting to the Manager,
Property Accounts, the Client Engagement Specialist, will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with our mortgage customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will proactively manage a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs, providing solutions, and offering promotions to enhance their experience with Avanti Finance. This role requires a balance of strategic engagement, problem-solving, and administrative efficiency to support both the Collections and Property Lending teams.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Maintain and manage relationships with mortgage customers within your portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct outbound calls to discuss product offerings, promotions, and solutions that align with customer needs.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Meet with clients in the office to discuss their loans and explore potential refinancing or retention solutions.
- Work closely with the Collections and Property Lending teams, providing valuable customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Process
customer requests via the shared inbox, ensuring all documentation and
correspondence are handled accurately and efficiently.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, even in challenging situations.
- Confidence in handling difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong phone-based communication skills, including upselling, retention, and client engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- A resilient, solution-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve team and individual goals.
- Comfort working within an 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM schedule (7.5-hour rotating shifts).
- A background in property management, lending, or finance (highly desirable).
