Auto Relationship Manager

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences and growth for the Avanti Finance Group. As we embark on a period of significant growth, the Auto Relationship Manager for our Lower North Island territory will be responsible for delivering to strategy by promoting and developing strong relationships with new and existing introducers with a mission of driving open and positive relationships between Avanti staff and introducers. This is not cookie cutter, nor is it entry level. We provide excellence, and we look for it from our team.

As a Relationship Manager in our Auto team, you can expect to:

  • Have a solid grasp of our New Business budgets, strategy, and long-term goals.
  • Be out there shaking hands and proactively establishing referral networks with Dealers and other potential Introducers.
  • Set clear objectives to achieve success and collaborate strategically across the Group as a key part of shaping our Sales and Marketing plan.
  • Develop Key Account strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate introducer entertainment events and promotions.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience in a similar role preferred with the ability to influence, with confidence in presenting to and networking in groups.
  • Knowledge of commercial lending decision making processes, lending products, and capability of reading and translating debt servicing & loan documentation and calculations.
  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivated, with interests in ongoing personal development.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards across the financial services industry.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
